  • Customer details
  • •^^Wrong name, incorrect email address, phone number or any other incorrect passenger details?
    - Sorry to hear that, our system is robotic system once you make a booking - you make a reservation. We have no human intervention to change your booking.
    If you find your details entered wrongly it may be because:
    1. You have auto correct on your device or
    2. you simply typed it incorrectly.
    If you still think system has changed your name plesae send us an evidence. Else fees of $100 will apply to make any changes to the ticket.
    ^^Please note,
    - We need 7 business days notice before the travel date
    - Ezyourtravel do not gaurantee that the correction will be possible as it is under the discretiion of the airlines the ticket/s are booked with.
    ^^ ALL NAME CHANGES AND CORRECTIONS WILL INCUR A $100 FEE ALONG WITH ANY APPLICABLE CREDIT CARD FEES. Our customer service officer will write to you about your specific charges after confirming from the airlines. IMPORTANT: Ezyourtravel at no stage will 'change your name' without any instruction from you.

    ^^ Can I pay with multiple credit card for my booking?
    - Currently, this is not possible via online however, please email us your enquiry and we will be happy to assist you with this. However it is not gauranteed.
    ^^ Can I pay with International credit card?
    - Currently, this is only possible if the ticket is issued for the same passenger on which behalf the ticket is being booked.
    - However, we may require additional information.
    Please note, there will be additional Foreign exchange charges from your financial institution which goes to yor bank and we are not receiving any of these. Hence we will not be liable to refund any of the extra charges.

  • Flight Details.
  • •^^How do i get my ticket?
    - Once your booking is confirmed we will email you a ticket - which will have your details such as name, contact and flight PNR.
    - Your Termnial to go to will also be displayed on your Ticket.
    ^^How to make a special request?
    - Special request such as
    = Meals
    = Seat allocation
    = Wheelchair request
    = Bassinets
    = Infant assistance
    Can be requested to us while making a booking via email or on via "Manage my booking" tool on your chosen airlines website. However these requests are not gauranteed.

  • Payment Verification.
  • •All online businesses suffer from large volumes of fraud, resulting in us treating all flight bookings to all destinations with suspicion.
    Many online travel agents will request a copy of your credit card front and back in order to verify the cardholder however this is not foolproof.
    After extensive meetings with the financial institution we bank with, they have recommended verifying payment safely and securely by two ways as outlined below:
    •Snapshot Verification of the payment. This is the safest quickest way to instantly verify the payment to us. You can simply take a snapshot from your device of the payment charge from Ezyourtravel and send us an email using the snippet tool on your mobile, desktop or laptop. We will never request anything further than this and we will never request bank details or credit card numbers. See below illustration as an example of how to verify your payment.
    The full trading name will be illustrated on your nett bank, however for security reasons we have taken out the full business name in this example below
    •Refund of a small amount of your payment. This will be a random amount that will be refunded back to the card that has originally paid for the flight reservation. Once this has dropped back onto your card you can email or call us with the amount and verification will be confirmed.

    Payment Verification Process:.

    •Ezyourtravel will receive a confirmation email that you have purchased your flight reservation.
    •Our online security team will examine the booking and may flag the booking as potentially fraudulent for a number of security reasons.
    •Online Security will send you an email along with a text message.
    •Immediate action is appreciated as flight reservations are never guaranteed until an e-ticket has been received.
    •Once payment verification has occurred, you will receive a confirmation email advising you that Ezyourtravel will issue your ticket and you will receive your booking confirmation within 24 hours. •We will attempt to contact you via email, text or phone so please ensure that the details your are providing are correct.
    •Though we request immediate action within 2 hours, If there is no response after 24 hours your booking will auto cancel and the funds will be returned back to the original card.
    *In the event that fraud has been attempted on the company, we will inform Federal Police, the Airline involved, the issuing banks and Immigration in the departing and arrival cities.
    Please note, when you agree to the terms and conditions of using the Ezyourtravel website, you are agreeing to verify your payment. If you do not agree to these terms you should not be making a booking with us.
